Why nature access matters
Sunlight, trees, and fresh air restore balance. This module encourages gentle outdoor activity or indoor contact with nature for those who can’t go out. Even small green moments lift mood and clarity.
Nature reduces stress hormones and improves focus. The assistant offers seasonal suggestions—morning light, balcony plants, window gardens—to connect daily life with the outdoors.
Our approach
We use reminders like “open the window for five deep breaths” or “step outside for a minute of sky.” Each cue invites calm awareness and gratitude.
Safety first
We never guide medical exercise or sun exposure limits. Wear appropriate clothing and protect skin as advised. Our mission is safe, joyful contact with the world outside.
